Our specialty: vertical automatic Bar Screens. Depending on requirements, we combine them with our own screw conveyors or compaction screws.<\/p>

We also have proven expertise in the design and manufacture of rotary distributors for trickling filters.<\/p>

Today, several thousand Bar Screens are installed in France and abroad. With steady growth, nearly 40 Bar Screens leave our workshops each month.<\/p>

All products in the FB Proc\u00e9d\u00e9s range are manufactured in our own workshops, benefiting from the experience and know-how of a skilled workforce, as well as from state-of-the-art technology (laser cutting, CNC press brakes, TIG and MAG welding stations, stainless steel pickling and passivation facilities, etc.).<\/p>

A real added value in our preparation process, all Bar Screens are adjusted and tested in a pit with a diameter of 2,500 mm and a depth of 7,000 mm, located directly within our workshops. This allows us to check all mechanical and electrical aspects of each unit.<\/p>

The objective is to eliminate any unforeseen issues during commissioning.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Upon leaving our workshops, our products are made available wrapped in plastic film and secured on wooden pallets (or in open crates for certain export destinations).<\/p>

The installation of this equipment can be carried out by our technicians, regardless of the location. In most cases, the installation of our products does not exceed one day. It is also often an opportunity to train operating personnel.<\/p>
