The automatic bar screen must be reliable, as it is often in an isolated location, and must possess a real capacity for waste gripping.
An NG11 type automatic bar screen, equipped with a 10mm bar spacing screen, installed in a concrete channel, and capable of treating up to 1,000 m3/h. The mission of the bar screen is to regularly clean the screen to allow the effluent flow, to lift the waste, and to discharge it to the side of the channel via a chute of our design.
An XG12 type automatic bar screen, with a 4mm bar spacing, fixed against the vertical wall at the outlet of a 2000x2000mm manhole and capable of treating up to 600m3/h. The screen is placed 6 meters deep below the installation floor. The frame consists of 3 sections to facilitate handling during assembly. The electrical cabinet is directly fixed to one side of the bar screen to facilitate maintenance operations. Finally, the connection between the bar screen's discharge hopper and the bin is made with a custom-made stainless steel cover, protecting the screenings from potential rainfall.
An XG12 type automatic bar screen installed on a river water intake to protect a pumping station. This bar screen, designed to treat up to 1,000 m3/h, is equipped with a 5mm bar spacing screen. Its role is to stop and lift all types of waste (algae, leaves, wood, plastics, etc.) carried by the river. The screenings are discharged into the operator's special wheeled bin.
An XG12 type automatic bar screen installed in a concrete channel at the inlet of a drinking water plant. It is equipped with a 12mm bar spacing screen and can treat up to 2,400 m3/h. Due to its total height (> 7 meters), it is equipped with a variable speed motor to optimize the cycle time (one descent and one ascent). Finally, to allow easy access to spare parts in the upper section, this bar screen was delivered with an access platform of our design.
