PROPRESS Wash Press

At a time when the problems related to the collection and handling of refuse that is not shredded are becoming increasingly recurrent, FB Procédés has decided to design a «high-end» product: a washing press called PROPRESS. A new product that will undoubtedly make the daily lives of operators easier.

PROPRESS is a 100% FB Process product, as it was entirely designed by our R&D engineers, then manufactured and assembled in our workshops, a few kilometers from Nantes. It is currently available in two dimensions (150 and 300).

Its specifications included all our requirements: robustness, reliability, efficiency, simplicity, adaptability, reasonable electric and hydraulic consumption, easy maintenance and low maintenance costs. Our goal is to offer a high level of quality while maintaining great ease of operation.

Of course, it is «compatible» with all FB Process bar screens automatic feeders, but also with our transport screws. Finally, we also offer it with a few options (anti-freezing function, automatic sieving, custom-made outlet channel, connection duct between the hopper bar screen and the press feed auger, etc.) to best adapt it to each context.
