The Type VCP compaction screw has been designed to offer a compaction solution for the bar screens FB Process’s de-grating rejects.

It guarantees reliability and low operating costs thanks to its simple and robust design.

Choosing an FB Procédés bar screen with the VCP compaction screw means choosing a complete solution for screening and compacting screenings, with both machines working in full complementarity.

The control and actuation box controls the bar screen grapple bar screen and the compacting screw simultaneously, facilitating the installation and use of the entire de-gritting system.
