100% Made in France, in Our Own Workshops
Every product in the FB Procédés range is manufactured in our own workshops, benefiting from the experience and know-how of our skilled staff as well as from state-of-the-art technology (laser cutting, CNC press brake, TIG and MAG welding stations, stainless steel pickling and passivation facilities, and more).
A real asset in our production process: every Bar Screen is adjusted and tested in a pit measuring Ø2500 mm and 7000 mm deep, located within our own workshops. This allows us to check every mechanical and electrical aspect of each unit.
The aim is to eliminate any unforeseen issues during commissioning.
From Our Production Site to Yours
When they leave the workshop, our products are made available wrapped in plastic film and secured to wooden pallets (or packed in wooden crates for certain export destinations).
Installation can be carried out by our own technicians, wherever the site. In most cases, our equipment is installed within a single day. This is often also an opportunity to train the operating staff.
Servicing can also be entrusted to us under a maintenance contract.

Our sales team is on hand to deal with all your enquiries and will advise you on the equipment best suited to your needs.
Our area sales managers cover the whole of mainland France and can meet you on site to discuss your requirements, suggest a layout, take measurements for a specific project or simply present our product range.
A team of proposal engineers based in Nantes handles all enquiries and tenders, and is committed to providing you with our best technical and financial proposals as quickly as possible.
Finally, since 2010 we have been actively working to expand our presence in export markets. The results were quick to follow, with Bar Screens now installed in North Africa and the United States, among other regions.
