Bar Screen NG

The NG bar screen automatic type is the first bar screen one we designed. That is why it now benefits from more than 30 years of improvements and optimizations thanks to the feedback from operators.

Then, entirely custom-made according to the specifications of each project, it is a vertical bar screen machine that uses a single, central webbing as the traction element for the de-gritting claw. Moreover, this is a characteristic that can be found on all bar screens FB Processes.

Furthermore, thanks to its adaptability, its numerous options, and its custom design for each project, the NG bar screen automatic type allows for fine or coarse screening (interfering width between 3 and 30 mm), in very varied installations (width from 450 to 2,000 mm, depth up to 17,000 mm).

Finally, capable of dewatering with flow rates of up to 6,000 m3/h, the NG bar screen type combines all the know-how of FB Processes: bar screen a simple, robust, easy-to-use and low-maintenance design, adaptable to both small installations and the most important ones.
