An bar screen automatic NG11 type, equipped with a 10mm slotted grille, installed in a concrete channel, capable of handling up to 1,000m3/h. The mission of the system bar screen is to regularly clean the grille to allow the effluent to flow, to pump the waste back up, and to discharge it onto the side of the channel via a chute of our design.
An XG12 type bar screen automatic, with a 4mm gap, mounted against the vertical wall at the exit of a viewing area of 2000x2000mm and capable of handling up to 600m3/h. The grate is placed at a depth of 6 meters below the installation plan. The chassis is made up of 3 elements to facilitate handling during assembly. The electrical cabinet is directly attached to one of the sides bar screen to facilitate maintenance operations. Finally, the connection between the waste discharge hopper bar screen and the trash can is made with a custom-made stainless steel cover, and protects the refuse from possible rain.
An XG12 type bar screen automatic filter installed on a river water intake to protect a pumping station. Designed to treat up to 1 bar screen,000m3/h, it is equipped with a 5mm mesh grille. Its role is to stop and remove all types of waste (algae, leaves, wood, plastics, etc.) carried by the river. The debris is discharged into the operator’s special rotating bin.
An XG12 bar screen automatic type installed in a concrete channel at the entrance of a drinking water plant. It is equipped with a 12mm-thick baffle grille and can process up to 2,400m3/h. Due to its total height (> 7 meters), it is equipped with a variable-speed motor to optimize the cycle time (a descent and a climb). Finally, to allow easy access to the spare parts in the upper part, it bar screen was delivered with an access walkway of our design.
