The PROSTEP-type bar screen step or bar screen stairlift (also called Step Screen) is the result of 30 years of expertise in the field of de-clogging. More than just an bar screen innovative product, it has been developed and designed to meet the most demanding expectations of operators.

This bar screen staircase was designed entirely with the aim of providing an effective, robust, reliable, and cost-effective de-clogging solution.

FB Process innovation: 100% of the immersed parts are made of stainless steel, avoiding the use of plastic spacers, which are less reliable and more expensive. The stainless steel step screen spacers provide a longer lifespan and lower maintenance costs.

The design and unique shape of the grille blades have been specifically developed to improve the grip of the waste and prevent the waste from falling back into the channel.

Thanks to an exclusive process developed in-house, the grille design minimizes load losses.
