73rd bar screen installed in Vendée

Last month, we participated in the commissioning of an NG11 type automatic bar screen, associated with a VCP250 type screenings screw compactor, as well as a VTP200 type pivoting conveyor screw.

Due to the building's configuration, this allows for the compaction of screenings and then discharging them into a skip at different locations depending on how full it is.

The FB Procédés electrical control panel, which operates these three pieces of equipment, is wall-mounted nearby, while a manual control is positioned on the bar screen. The bar screen's cycle time is optimized with a variable speed drive, which is essential given the total height of the bar screen (9,000mm).
