Wash Press PROPRESS
The PROPRESS Wash Press is the optimal solution for washing and compacting bar screen screenings. Compared with our Screw Compactors, the PROPRESS enables a significant optimization of waste volume reduction, weight, and moisture content.
At a time when issues related to the collection and handling of bar screen screenings are becoming increasingly frequent, FB Procédés has decided to design a “high-end” product: a Wash Press named PROPRESS. This new product will undoubtedly make operators’ day-to-day work easier.
The PROPRESS is a 100% FB Procédés product, as it is entirely designed by our R&D engineers, then manufactured and assembled in our workshops just a few kilometers from Nantes. It is currently available in two sizes (150 and 300).
Its specifications incorporate all our stringent requirements: robustness, reliability, efficiency, simplicity, adaptability, reasonable electrical and hydraulic consumption, easy maintenance, and low maintenance costs. Our goal is to offer a high level of quality while maintaining great ease of operation.
Naturally, it can be combined with the full range of FB Procédés automatic bar screens, as well as with our Screw Conveyors. Finally, it is also available with several options (frost protection, automatic bagging unit, custom outlet piping, connecting chute between the bar screen hopper and the press inlet trough, etc.) in order to best adapt to each installation context.
