Width up to 2,000 mm, flow rate up to 6,000 m³/h. The NG-type vertical automatic Bar Screen is entirely custom-designed according to the specifications of each project.

The NG type automatic bar screen is the first one we designed. This is why it now benefits from over 30 years of improvements and optimizations, thanks to feedback from operators.

Furthermore, entirely custom-made according to the specifications of each project, it is a vertical automatic bar screen that uses a single central strap as the traction element for the cleaning rake. In fact, this is a feature found across all FB Procédés bar screens.

Furthermore, thanks to its adaptability, numerous options, and custom design for each project, the NG type automatic bar screen allows for fine or coarse screening (3 to 30 mm slot width) in a wide variety of installations (widths from 450 to 2,000 mm, depths up to 17,000 mm).

Finally, capable of screening flows up to 6,000 m3/h, the NG type bar screen brings together all of FB Procédés' expertise: a bar screen with a simple, robust design, easy and inexpensive to maintain, adaptable to both small and large-scale installations.
