Made up of 55 employees, the FB Procédés team manages its entire product range, from design through to on-site installation.
Our specialty: vertical automatic Bar Screens. Depending on requirements, we combine them with our own screw conveyors or compaction screws.
We also have proven expertise in the design and manufacture of rotary distributors for trickling filters.
Today, several thousand Bar Screens are installed in France and abroad. With steady growth, nearly 40 Bar Screens leave our workshops each month.

Design and engineering: the expertise of our engineering department
Our engineering department is at the heart of innovation and technical design for our projects, with particular expertise in Bar Screening systems.
Made up of experienced engineers and technicians, it is committed to developing custom-designed Bar Screen solutions, tailored to the specific needs of each customer for wastewater treatment. From initial analysis to 3D modeling, including technical calculations, our team supports every stage of the process to ensure reliable, high-performance equipment that complies with current standards.
With a strong focus on innovation, our engineering department continuously explores new techniques and technologies to deliver ever more optimized and efficient Bar Screening solutions.
100% French manufacturing in our own workshops
All products in the FB Procédés range are manufactured in our own workshops, benefiting from the experience and know-how of a skilled workforce, as well as from state-of-the-art technology (laser cutting, CNC press brakes, TIG and MAG welding stations, stainless steel pickling and passivation facilities, etc.).
A real added value in our preparation process, all Bar Screens are adjusted and tested in a pit with a diameter of 2,500 mm and a depth of 7,000 mm, located directly within our workshops. This allows us to check all mechanical and electrical aspects of each unit.
The objective is to eliminate any unforeseen issues during commissioning.
From our production site to your project site
Upon leaving our workshops, our products are made available wrapped in plastic film and secured on wooden pallets (or in open crates for certain export destinations).
The installation of this equipment can be carried out by our technicians, regardless of the location. In most cases, the installation of our products does not exceed one day. It is also often an opportunity to train operating personnel.
Maintenance can also be entrusted to us through a maintenance contract.

Our sales team is at your disposal for all your requests and will advise you in order to propose the equipment best suited to your needs.
Our sales managers, covering the entire French territory, can meet you on site to discuss your requirements, suggest an installation layout, take measurements for a specific project, or simply present our product range.
A team of design engineers, based in Nantes, handles all enquiries and is committed to providing you with our best technical and financial proposals as quickly as possible.
Finally, since 2010, we have been actively working to develop our international presence. Results followed quickly, with Bar Screens installed for example in North Africa and in the United States.
