The VTP Screw Conveyor is designed to provide a solution for conveying screening waste from FB Procédés Automatic Bar Screens.
In the same philosophy as the bar screens, the conveying screw features a simple and robust design to ensure reliability and low operating costs.
Choosing an FB Procédés bar screen equipped with the Type VTP conveying screw means selecting a complete screening and screenings conveying solution, in which both machines operate in full complementarity.
The bar screen control and automation panel manages both machines simultaneously, facilitating installation and operation of the complete screening system.
This vertical Bar Screen is suitable for new or existing structures, in channels or pumping stations.
With very high reliability and ease of operation, this automatic vertical Bar Screen is perfectly suited for installations with flow rates of up to 120 m³/h.
To adapt to all types of installations, several options are available for this vertical Bar Screen, such as side deflectors, a lateral manual emergency basket, acoustic insulation, a heating element, etc.
