4 bar screens vertical posts on a pumping station

20/06/2022
Four bar screens on one pumping station

Last week, our technicians Cédric and Geoffrey (accompanied by our local sales manager Stéphanie) were on an island in Spain to install 4 vertical XG12 type bar screens automatic pumps on a pumping station.

One of the peculiarities of this project is the depth of the channels, 11,300mm, and the unit width of 1500mm. Each lower chassis is composed of three sections, assembled vertically as they are placed in the channels.

Between the fixing of the slides, the installation frames, the side deflectors at the level of the grilles, the reinforcements and the overflow thresholds, this represents nearly 700 fixed pins.

The duration of our intervention was 3 days. We will return in September for the electrical connections, commissioning, and training of the operating staff.

We sincerely thank our customer for their trust.
