Last month, we therefore participated in the commissioning of an bar screen automatic machine of the NG11 type, coupled with a VCP250 type compaction screw, as well as a VTP200 type pivot transport screw.
Due to the configuration of the building, this allows the refuse to be compacted and then dumped into a bin in various locations depending on the contents of the bin.
The electric kit FB Procédés, which allows the operation of these 3 equipment, is mounted on a nearby wall, while a manual control is positioned on the bar screen. The cycle time of the bar screen is optimized with the provision of a speed variator, an imperative requirement when reading the total height of the bar screen (9 000mm).
